VIP design intensive for Marketing Collateral

let’s tackle a package of your design needs in a day. we will work in the order of your list of priorities. we offer the following packages:

  • Includes flyers, Canva templates and curated design assets customized for use across Instagram reel, story, and wall posts.

  • Includes design assets for use across popular social platforms. Makeover all your social essentials: banners, profile images, and highlight covers for Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Eventbrite, and/or Mailchimp.

  • Design for items such as business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and brochures.

    Requires already established branding, at minimum, a vector file of your logo.

VIP design intensive for Sub-Brands

you already have branding for your company. now you're launching a new offering—a course, service, or event—that needs its own identity while staying connected to your main brand.

this intensive designs your sub-brand + creates the marketing collateral you need to launch it. split into two focused days, no more than a month apart.

Day 1 includes:

Day 2 includes:

    Submit an interest form, and let’s make sure we’re a good fit! We’ll review & be in touch within 7 business days.

  • Onboarding 🌸

    If it looks like a match, we’ll schedule an intro call. You can ask any questions you may have and if it mutually feels good, we’ll get you locked in ✨

  • Pre-Work ⚡️

    Once you’re booked, you’ll receive your pre-work. (Completing this step is super important) Pre-work includes a questionnaire and all necessary information for your project.

  • One Week Before 🌀

    At least 7 business days before your VIP intensive, your completed pre-work is due. This gives me the time to look over everything, create a plan, & get back to you with any follow-up questions.

  • Your Day ✨ or Two!

    We’ll check-in during the morning via Slack, and I’ll get to work! Your day requires you to be available virtually throughout it for feedback so we can get as much done as possible!

  • Day After Relief 🌿

    You’ll get your deliverables the following business day! I’ll be available for additional small edits if necessary.

FAQs

  • Yes, but you won’t be sitting on Zoom with me. Please make sure that you are available to communicate on our scheduled day. We'll check-in throughout the day, where I'll show you progress and ask for feedback. The more available you are throughout the day, the more we can get done!

  • We’ll chat via Slack, it’s an instant messaging program that will make communication easy. All designs will be sent to your email and feedback will be collected via forms.

  • We’ve been doing this for a while, and we love shorter design timelines. It’s best for our energy levels. It’s best for our lifestyle, and it’s more sustainable. Being able to lock in a day to zone in on one project is ideal for us.

    Most importantly, this is possible because of the thoughtful preparation leading up to your VIP intensive and responsiveness the day of, all of which are required on our end and your end. It’s a team effort.

  • Make sure to schedule your VIP intensive on a day you’ll be available to provide feedback. Schedule it far out enough, so you have time to prepare items such as finalizing marketing copy and gathering photos/graphics.

    Not having pre-work ready at least seven business days before will result in a rescheduling of your VIP intensive.

  • No. All copy must be ready and finalized at least a week before your scheduled day as a part of your pre-work. This makes it possible to get finished designs faster ✨

  • That’s cool. Life happens! Your deposit is good for 90 days. It can be transferred once to a new date if needed. Please try your best to give us at least two days’ notice if you need to reschedule.

  • We can get a lot done in one day! Depending on your goals, our collaborative pace, and the size of your project, I may recommend you book back-to-back days or an additional half-day if needed.

  • we intentionally carve out space throughout our week for different needs. it’s for consistency, focus, and life balance.

  • As early as possible! We only take a limited amount of VIP intensives a month and we book by the quarter. If you are planning for a launch or need to get your project done within the next 1-3 months, I recommend submitting a request as soon as possible.

    For dates in future quarters, we’ll still accept and review your form, but you may be waitlisted until our books open for that quarter.

  • Before our VIP intensive, we’ll need your completed questionnaire. We’ll also need any necessary copy, graphics, images, or brand guidelines.

    Before our VIP intensive, we’ll check in with you with any follow-up questions and ask for any additional information that we may need. The more information we have upfront, the more we can get done!

    Not having pre-work ready will result in a rescheduling of your VIP intensive.

  • When booking a VIP intensive, you are paying for the full day to have my complete attention to getting as much done as possible.

    We can complete the work we determined together to be your priority on your day to completion majority of the time.

    Occasionally clients will want to book another half or full VIP intensive to finish more items secondary to their priority list that we couldn’t get to that day or to grab a second design package.

  • As a VIP client, you get one month of tech support following your intensive for questions and challenges regarding your deliverables.

    If you need more design work done, you can book a VIP half day or another full day.
